In the third, Johnson connected on her first home run of the season to make it 5-0.
The inning started with a walk to Bianca Lopez and back-to-back singles by Kelsey Kidwell and Carleigh Berry. After a Courtney Wray fielder's choice forced Lopez out at home, Johnson lifted a pitch over the wall in center to give the Cyclones an insurmountable advantage.
The Cyclones tacked on three more runs in the fifth on run-scoring hits by Johnson, Wray and Sydni Jones.
Rachel Zabriskie (5-1) pitched well for ISU, limiting Presbyterian (1-4) to five hits. Zabriskie struck out eight in five innings.
