“It was tough conditions to play in with the wind,” ISU head coach Armando Espinosa said. “We didn't perform as well as we can, but we need to bounce back and be ready to play next Friday and Saturday.”
The Cyclones return home next weekend to play host to two Big 12 opponents. On Friday, ISU will compete against Texas at the Ames Racquet and Fitness Center at 1 p.m. Play will continue Saturday, as Iowa State plays host to Texas A&M at 3:30 p.m.
