AMES, Iowa- The Iowa State soccer team heads to Norman, Okla. to take on the Oklahoma Sooners Sunday at 1 p.m. at the OU Soccer Complex.

The Cyclones fell 2-0 to the No. 16 West Virginia Mountaineers Friday night in Morgantown, W Va. Iowa State was able to get good looks at the Mountaineer goal but were unable to capitalize and score a goal.
Scouting the Sooners
Oklahoma (3-9-1), is searching for their first Big 12 win of the season, is led by junior forward Daisy Cardona. Cardona has scored four of the 13 goals scored by the Sooners this season and has eight of the 34 points for the team this year. Iowa State leads the all-time series against Oklahoma 8-7-2.
Key Matchup
With each team searching for their first Big 12 victory of the season, this game should set up to be a battle. The key matchup for this game will be the Iowa State defense against the Oklahoma offense. The Cyclones have recorded five shutouts this season and have yet to lose a game when scoring at least two goals. The Sooners are sixth in the conference for total goals scored with 13. Iowa State will look to shutdown the Sooner offense and will be led by goalkeeper Maddie Jobe, who leads the Big 12 in saves with 69.
