AMES, Iowa - Frank Snyder was the WOI TV Sports Director from 1961-78. He had a front row seat to Iowa State Athletics during his tenure, covering Cyclone coaches Maury John, Johnny Majors and Earle Bruce.

Frank passed away Sunday evening and his enthusiasm for Cyclone athletics will never be forgotten.

We were lucky enough in June to sit down with Frank in a CyCast to discuss his Cyclone memories.
