TCU comes into Saturday's meeting at 11-6 on the year and 3-3 in Big 12 play. The Horned Frogs fell at No. 24 Baylor in four sets on Wednesday night, without the services of star freshman outside hitter élan McCall, who is averaging over five kills per set this season. Freshman right side Katie Clark is the defending Big 12 Offensive Player and Freshman of the Week after having 20 kills against Texas Tech last Saturday.
The Cyclones and Horned Frogs will be meeting for the 13th time, with ISU leading the all-time series 10-2. Iowa State won both meetings last season via sweep, and have won three-straight against the Frogs. TCU last defeated ISU in Ames in 2016.
