AMES, Iowa – Iowa State volleyball's National Volleyball Invitational Championship (NIVC) quarterfinal match against North Texas will be played on Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 6 p.m. inside Hilton Coliseum, ISU announced Saturday afternoon.
Cyclones.TV Powered by Mediacom will televise the match, with the Cyclones.TV web player streaming the match for free. Tickets to the match are on sale now through the Iowa State Ticket Office, here, with all general admission seating for $6.
The matchup was set last night with the Cyclones' sweep of Bradley and UNT's four-set victory over Wichita State at home in Denton. Iowa State is 18-13 overall on the season, currently on a six-match win streak with five-straight sweeps. North Texas will come to Hilton Coliseum 19-16 overall and riding a three-match win streak.
The winner of the match will advance to the semifinal round to play the winner of UNLV and Portland. The date, time and site of the match will be announced following the conclusion of the semifinal between the Rebels and Pilots.
