Cyclones Tie For 10th At Dick McGuire Invite

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The Iowa State women's golf finished tied for 10th at the Dick McGuire Invitational, carding a 295 in the final round this afternoon.

The Cyclones fired a 54-hole 885 total in their first event of the 2018-19 season.

Senior Chayanit Wangmahaporn led the Cyclones by tying for 15th at 217. She carded a final-round 72 this afternoon and was 5-under in her last 36 holes thanks to a career-low 67 in the second round.

Joy Chou tied for 23rd with rounds of 76-71-72 (219).

Iowa State is back in action Sept. 16-18 at the East & West Match Play in Ann Arbor, Mich.
