AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State softball team travels to Fargo, N.D. this weekend for a pair of games vs. North Dakota State at Tharaldson Park. Originally slated to be a three-game series, Friday's contest was canceled. Both games in Fargo will be broadcast on gobison.com.

-Iowa State is 7-3 all-time vs. North Dakota State. The two teams have not met since splitting a doubleheader in Ames in 2016.
-This is just the second trip to Fargo, N.D. in program history. The Cyclones went 3-1 at the Miken Dome Tournament in 2008.
-Sami Williams now holds Iowa State's all-time records for hits (309) doubles (76), home runs (61), RBI (170), runs scored (193), games played (239) and at-bats (789).
-Williams is ranked T-No. 2 nationally in hits this season with 59. She is the only player in the NCAA with 50+ hits and 12+ home runs.
-Iowa State boasts two of the top 20 doubles hitters in the nation this season in Sami Williams (T-No. 12 - 12) and Mikayla Ramos (T-No. 18 - 11)

-Williams continues to ascend among the NCAA's all-time doubles leaders. Williams is now T-No. 5 in NCAA DI history with 76 career doubles. She is the nation's active leader and ranks first in Big 12 history in the category.
-Iowa State has piled up 60 stolen bases this season, ranking No. 1 in the Big 12, No. 5 among Power 5 programs and No. 19 nationally. Milaysia Ochoa has 15 stolen bases, ranking No. 8 nationally among NCAA freshmen and tied for No. 1 in the Big 12.
