Joseph Tabbed Cyclone Club Student-Athlete of the Week

AMES, Iowa – Rachel Joseph has been named the Cyclone Club Student-Athlete of the Week of her efforts at the ISU Holiday Invitational last weekend.
The freshman from Richmond, Texas broke the indoor 400-meter dash school record in the first race of her collegiate career Saturday with a time of 53.74. Joseph took down the record of 53.81 that stood since 2015 set by Kendra White at the Iowa State Classic.
Joseph's mark is currently the fastest in the nation this season.
Track and field season resumes Jan. 13-14 with the Graduate Classic hosted by Nebraska.
