AMES, Iowa – The No. 9 Iowa State men's cross country team takes the course again tomorrow at the Gans Creek Classic, hosted by Missouri. The Cyclones' 8K competition will begin at 9 a.m.
There will be no live video of the competition. Live results will be provided by Prime Time Timing, here.
The Cyclone men will be in action for the first time in four weeks, and back at the site of their first competition of the season. At the Mizzou XC Opener back on Sept. 1, Iowa State recorded a dominant team victory courtesy of taking 13 of the top-16 spots, including eight of the top-10 positions.
That effort was led by Ezekiel Rop, who took the victory in a 6K time of 17:54.9.
The 13 Cyclones entered to compete on Friday will be up against a bigger field this time, with 24 teams entered to toe the line in Columbia, which will also be the site of the NCAA Midwest Regional in November.
