AMES, Iowa – No. 25 Iowa State (12-3, 3-1 Big 12) travels to Manhattan to face Kansas State (9-5, 3-2 Big 12) Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 6:30 p.m. It will be the first time the Cyclones compete in K-State's new volleyball facility, the Morgan Family Arena.

Iowa State swept Texas Tech, it's eighth sweep of the season. The Cyclones hit over .300 for the sixth time in 2023, ending the match hitting at an efficiency of .372. ISU holds an average hitting percentage of .268 to rank 27th in the nation and second in the Big 12. In conference matches only, the Cyclones are hitting at .299 to lead the league.
Nayeli Gonzalez led the match with 15 kills at .429 hitting while Brooke Stonestreet had her fifth 20-plus dig outing with 21 against TTU to earn Big 12 Rookie of the Week and Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week, respectively.

KANSAS STATE
Kansas State is led by first-year head coach Jason Mansfield, who previously served as an assistant coach at Stanford, Illinois and Washington and was part of seven NCAA Finals Fours and one national championship. The Wildcats have picked up five-set victories over TCU, who received votes in the AVCA Poll, and No. 18 Baylor this season in conference.
Aliyah Carter leads the Wildcats with 193 kills this season while ranking third in conference play with 4.17 kills per set. Defensively, Mackenzie Morris averages 4.58 digs per set to rank second in Big 12 play.
