AUSTIN, Texas – Iowa State junior Ezekiel Rop finished seventh in the 1,500-meter run to earn First Team All-America honors at the NCAA Track and Field Championships.

Rop hung near the back of the pack early but moved up to the middle about halfway through the race. As the pace picked up late, Rop got pushed to the outside and went on to finish with a time of 3:43.59 to become ISU's ninth All-American in the event.
