THE OPPONENT - TCUÂ
Iowa State holds an impressive 6-1-1 record and the program has not lost to TCU since 2013. The last matchup between the two schools saw Iowa State secure a 173-127 win in Fort Worth, which was a huge conference win on the road for the team.Â
TCU has had an up and down start to the season with wins over BYU and New Mexico State and losses to Texas and Texas A&M. The Horned Frog's last matchup occurred last Friday in Fort Worth against Texas A&M where they suffered a 176-116 loss.Â
LAST TIME - UNI
The Cyclones earned a 162-138 victory over UNI in Cedar Falls thanks to several key performances from returners.Â
In diving, Joscelyn Farner won her first competition of the year with a 271.05 score in 1-meter diving, while Lauren Kimball finished in first in 3-meter diving with a score of 285.83.Â
Senior Paige Hanley secured her first collegiate victory in the 100 breaststroke at a time of 1:06.15.Â

WHAT TO WATCH FOR - Diving and Distance Freestyle

Besides Kimball and Farner, look for Ally Blumenfeld to have a strong performance after putting up a score of 280.88 against the Panthers last weekend.Â
Distance Freestyle will be another area of importance for the team as Guist will look to keep up her form with Brinley Horras and Sydney Jackson solidifying a pairing that has shown a strong command over the distance events all season.Â
ON DECK - West Virginia and Villanova
Iowa State will travel to West Virginia to take on the Mountaineers, who are also hosting Villanova as part of a three team meet. The meet will start at 11 a.m. CT on Saturday Jan. 27.
