RETURNING TALENT
Iowa State had one of the youngest teams in college football last season and, in 2024, return 47 letterwinners and 18 starters, nine on each side of the football.
The 2023 team had 21 redshirt sophomores or younger, including three true freshmen, play in each of the season's 13 games. Six true freshmen made a start, including linebacker Jack Sadowsky, who started all 13 games. This all leads to one of the nation's most productive returning teams.
