Cyclones Set to Play in Schooner Fall Classic
09.20.2024 | Women's Golf
AMES, IA- The Iowa State Cyclones head to Norman, Okla. for the fifth straight year to play in the Schooner Fall Classic. The Cyclones started 1-1 in Big 12 play after their first tournament, and with four Big 12 opponents in the Schooner Fall Classic, the Cyclones will look to add to the win column.Â
Course Information
The length of the golf course can be discouraging. Because of this, the short course at Belmar is an excellent feature. With holes ranging from 65 to 115 yards, the short course provides a great setting for beginners, juniors, and families to learn the game in a relaxed atmosphere. For the more serious golfer, our recently renovated practice facility offers North and South practice tees, a chipping green, and two putting greens.
Key StorylinesÂ
-This will be the fifth straight year that Iowa State has played in the Schooner Fall Classic. The Cyclones have placed in the top 10 in every year they have attended.Â
