Cyclones Ready to go for the Windy City Classic

AMES, Iowa- The Iowa State Cyclones head to Wilmette, ILL, to play in the Windy City Classic at the Westmoreland CC. The Cyclones will be up against seven ranked teams at the Windy City Classic and two Big 12 opponents. This will be the Cyclone's fourth straight time playing in the Windy City Classic, along with four straight top-15 finishes.Â
Course Information
Westmoreland Country Club is home to an 18-hole championship golf course built in 1954 providing members and guests with a challenging variety of holes. The course has regularly hosted US Open qualifiers and many Western Pennsylvania and Tri-State PGA events. The course architect was Dick Wilson and is 6,812 total yards from the Championship tees.Â
