Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Prelims in 400-meter hurdles, her first season competing in the event, finishing 15^th with the seventh-ranking Iowa State time of 57.50 … also ran second leg of the 4x400m (3:35.32) at NCAA West Prelims ... lowered her 400m hurdles personal best four times including posting five times under a minute … placed fifth at Big 12 Championships with a then PR of 57.99 in 400m hurdles … ran second leg in the school-record setting 4x400m (3:31.02) that took the silver medal at conference championships … ran a season-best 54.49 in the 400m at the UCF Invite ... 4x400m team ran 3:35.58 at Texas Relays to first break the 2013 school record. … also competed at the Beach Invite, Desert Heat Classic and Iowa State Alumni Invite.

Outdoor: Ran in seven meets for Iowa State … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 400-meter dash, finishing 41st (54.96) … finished 12th in the 400m in a personal best 53.81 and ran on ISU’s seventh-place 4x100m (45.44) and 4x400m (3:40.40) relays at the Big 12 Championships … was member of the Cyclones’ fifth place 4x400m relay (3:45.94) and sprint medley relay (4:02.14) at the Drake Relays … finished fifth in the 400m dash (55.08) at the Beach Invitational … also competed at the Bryan Clay Invitational, Sun Angel Classic and Bobcat Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … was a member of seventh-place 4x400-meter relay (3:40.86) and eighth-place 4x100-meter relay (46.64) at the Big 12 Championships … also competed in the 400-meter dash at the conference championships (18th, 55.59) … clocked collegiate-best 55.06 at 400 meters at the Florida Relays … was member of second-place sprint medley relay (3:57.13) and third-place 4x400-meter relay (3:41.66) at the Drake Relays, helping the Cyclones finish second in the women’s Relays Cup competition … also competed at the Rock Chalk Classic and Michael Johnson Invitational.

Indoor: Ran in seven meets for Iowa State … finished eighth in the 600-yard run (1:22.91) and was member of ninth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:44.00) at the Big 12 Championships … picked up a pair of victories at the Wildcat Invitational, taking first in the 600-yard run (1:27.67) and as member of 4x400m relay (3:53.22) … took first in 400-meter dash at Cyclone Open (56.46) … was third in 600-yard run at ISU Classic (1:23.67) … also competed at the Doc Hale Elite Meet, Razorback Invitational and K-State Winter Invitational.

Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in seven meets for Iowa State … finished eighth in the 600-yard run (1:22.79) and ninth as a member of the 4x400m relay (3:55.76) at the Big 12 Championships … finished fourth in the 400m run at the Iowa State Classic in a personal best 55.15, ranking fifth in ISU history … won the 600m run at the Husker Invitational and 600-yard run at the Cyclone Open … also competed at the Jimmy Grant Invite, Wieczorek Invite and Texas Tech Invitational.

2018-19
Outdoor: Came back from injury to compete in two meets … took part in the 400-meter dash (21st, 57.05) and 4x400-meter relay (ninth, 3:43.75) at the Big 12 Championships … was member of third-place 4x400-meter relay (3:51.57) at the Drake Relays.

Indoor: Competed in four meets before seeing indoor season cut short by injury … finished second in the 300m (39.40) and as member of 4x400m relay (3:48.56) at the Jimmy Grant Invitational … was also second in 4x400 (3:45.90) and took third in 400-meter dash (56.70) at Hawkeye Invite … ran in the 200-meter dash and 4x400-meter relay at Larry Wieczorek Invite and Razorback Invitational.
