Outdoor: Ran in five meets for Iowa State … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 10,000m run, clocking a personal best 34:26.83 to finish 20th … qualified for NCAA West Prelims with a then-PR 34:34.44 in the 10K to earn the bronze medal at the Big 12 Championships … also finished fourth in the 5,000m run (16:43.78) at the conference championships … clocked personal best 16:24.30 in the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational … was member of ISU’s sixth-place 4x1,600m relay (19:47.98) at the Drake Relays … also competed at the Raleigh Relays.

Indoor: Competed in two meets for the Cyclones … finished seventh in the 5,000m (16:46.20) and 16th in the 3,000m (9:55.09) at the Big 12 Championships … finished 14th in the 3,000m in 9:47.25 at the Iowa State Classic.

2020-21
Outdoor: Ran in three meets for Iowa State … scored for the Cyclones in the 10,000m (sixth, 35:15.72) and the 5,000m (eighth, 16:51.50) at the Big 12 Championships … clocked season-best 16:38.94 in the 5K to take 12th at the Drake Relays … finished second in the 5,000m at the Jim Duncan Invitational (16:52.42).

Indoor: Did not compete.

XC: Raced to a 109th-place finish at the NCAA Championships... posted an 87th-place finish at the FSU Winter XC Classic... earned All-Big 12 honors with a seventh-place finish at the Big 12 Championship (21:13.7) … helped Iowa State to its eighth Big 12 title in the last 10 years … took 15th individually at the Cowboy Jamboree behind a 6k time of 22:14.5 … began the season with a runner-up finish at the Bob Timmons Classic with a 5k time of 17:08.4.

2019-20
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Enrolled at Iowa State in January prior to the Spring 2020 semester, going on to compete in four meets … claimed bronze medal in 5,000m (16:36.33) and finished sixth in 3,000m run (personal best 9:38.20) at the Big 12 Championships … won section of 3,000m run at Iowa State Classic, clocking a 9:41.10 in the process … also ran at the Wieczorek Invite and UW Invitational.

Before Iowa State
Competed at Iowa Central for two seasons, earning 11 All-America honors during her career with the Tritons ... claimed a pair of national titles in the 5,000m (18:09.08) and 10,000m (37:41.39) at the 2019 NJCAA DI Outdoor Track & Field Championships ... also won an NJCAA national title indoors at the 3,000m in 2019 ... finished her Iowa Central career by finishing fourth at 2019 NJCAA D1 Cross Country Championships ... at the 2019 Drake Relays, finished fourth in the university/college 5,000-meter run in her personal best 16:33.35.
