Indoor: Broke four minutes in the mile four times … ran the fastest mile time in Iowa State history at the Iowa State Classic with 3:57.46 … first broke the mile school record at the Razorback Invite with 3:58.15 … also went sub-four minutes at the Husky Classic (3:57.80) and Cyclone Open (3:59.60) … took the silver medal in the 1,000-meter at Big 12 Championships with a PR of 2:20.81, the second-fastest time in ISU history … placed fourth in the mile (4:00.58) and part of the silver-medal DMR team at conference championships … anchored the fourth-fastest DMR (9:30.96) in school history at the Arkansas Qualifier … also competed in the 800m and 1,000m at the Graduate Classic.

Outdoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … clocked personal bests in the 1,500m (fifth, 3:44.17) and 5,000m (ninth, 14:09.86) at the Big 12 Championships … swept to victories in the open 800m (1:54.24) and the 1,500m (3:46.40) at the Rock Chalk Classic … was member of Iowa State’s sixth-place ‘B’ 4x800m relay at the Drake Relays … posted personal best 1:51.54 in the 800m at the Hayward Premiere … also competed at the Blue Oval Invitational.

Indoor: Ran in four meets for Iowa State … anchored for ISU’s ninth-place distance medley relay, earning Second Team All-America honors, at the NCAA Championships (9:36.00) … anchored fifth-place DMR at the Big 12 Championships (10:03.13) and finished eighth in the 3,000m (8:19.01) … marked ISU track debut with personal best 8:08.74 to take 10th in the 3K at the Razorback Invitational … ran in the 5K at the Iowa State Classic.

XC: Competed at the FSU Winter XC Classic, finishing 11th individually in the Gold Race in 25:21.7... grinded out a 119th-place finish (28:46.8) at the Cowboy Jamboree after suffering an injury early on in the race … began his Cyclone career with a ninth-place showing at the Bob Timmons Classic behind a 6k time of 18:46.3.

Colby Community College
Spent the 2018-19 academic year competing at Colby CC with current Cyclone teammate Wesley Kiptoo ... finished in the top-4 of three of four cross country competitions, including a second-place effort at the 2018 NJCAA XC Championships ... during the 2019 indoor season, claimed national titles in the mile and 5,000 meter run at the NJCAA National Championships ... clocked indoor PR in the 5K of 14:24.93 to claim national crown ... including national titles, picked up six event wins across 2019 indoor campaign ... picked up a trio of national titles during outdoor season, winning the 1,500m, 5,000m and 10,000m.
