2016-17
Outdoor: Took part in eight meets for Iowa State … earned Second Team All-America honors with her 13th place finish (20-2 1/2) in the long jump at the NCAA Outdoor Championships … qualified for NCAA Outdoors with 10th-place finish in long jump at NCAA West Prelims with career-best jump of 20-8 1/2 … finished fourth in the long jump at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships with all-conditions PR of 21-1 1/4(w) … won the long jump at the Tulsa Duels (19-11 1/2) … finished third in the long jump at the Drake Relays (19-6 1/4), Musco Twilight (20-0 1/4) and Stanford Invitational (20-1 1/2) … also took part in the 100-meter dash at Musco Twilight (sixth, 12.18) … did the long jump at the Sun Angel Classic, finishing fifth (19-7 1/2).

Indoor: Competed in four meets for Iowa State … was in the long jump at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … finished third in the long jump at the Iowa State Classic with indoor season-best of 19-2 3/4 … finished fourth in the long jump (19-0 1/2) and fourth in the 60-meter dash (7.67) at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational … also did the long jump at the Husker Invitational.

Kansas
Competed at Kansas for one season … took part in the 60-meter dash and long jump at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … posted a personal-best of 19-5 1/4 in the long jump at the Husker Invitational … won the long jump and 60-meter dash at the Bob Timmons Challenge.

Iowa Western
Spent two seasons in Council Bluffs at Iowa Western for coach Shellene Williams … qualified for the NJCAA National Championships both indoors and outdoors during her two seasons … finished third in the long jump at the 2014 NJCAA Indoor Championships and fifth in the long jump at the 2014 Outdoor and 2015 Indoor championships.

High School
Qualified for the state championships all four of her seasons at Davenport Central, qualifying each time in the 200-meter dash and long jump, while also earning state championship berths in the sprint medley relay and 4x200 and 4x400-meter relays … finished second in the long jump as a junior and senior at the Class 4A State Championships, also got a silver medal in the 200-meter dash as a senior.
