The Mobile Voucher Pass (MVP), is a new type of ticket which provides complete flexibility to use tickets on your own terms to attend: gymnastics, volleyball, women's basketball or wrestling events.
The MVP is available in a 10-ticket or 30-ticket package. Once purchased, you simply choose the events you want to attend (whether three days or 30 minutes before) then select the number of tickets you wish to use. Tickets are delivered to your iPhone or Android device and scanned at the door just like a normal ticket. No more waiting in line to buy tickets... You're an MVP!
Once you have redeemed all of your tickets, simply purchase another mobile voucher pass at any time to attend more of your favorite Cyclone events.

General Questions
Q:Â How does MVP work?
A: Once you purchase your Mobile Voucher Pass, access your tickets at cycloneMVP.com on your iPhone or Android phone beginning August 16, 2018. Login with the email address you used to purchase your MVP. You can activate your tickets for: gymnastics, volleyball, women’s basketball or wrestling and can use up to ten (10) tickets per game. Once you activate your tickets, you will be delivered a mobile barcode, good for general admission seating.
Q:Â Which games or events are included with my Mobile Voucher Pass?
A: You can use your MVP tickets at any: gymnastics, volleyball, women’s basketball or wrestling event. Tickets are subject to availability, and tickets are first come, first served. The last event will be on 3/15/2019 and passes will expire after that point.
Q:Â Am I guaranteed admission and where do I sit with the MVP?
A:Â All MVP seating is general admission. Tickets are subject to availability, and tickets are first come, first served.
Q:Â How many Mobile Voucher Passes can I buy?
A:Â You can buy either the 10-ticket or the 30-ticket package.
Q:Â How many plans can I buy?
A:Â There is no limit to how many plans you can purchase. To purchase more than one plan, you must add a plan in to your shopping cart and then click continue shopping to select another plan.
Q:Â Can I bring different people with me to each game?
A:Â Yes, different people can attend each game. You may use up to ten (10) passes per game.
Q:Â How does my guest scan into the game?
A:Â Your guest can either enter Hilton Coliseum with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Simply tap the "Transfer Tickets" button in Ticket Management send the link to your guest(s). Barcodes can only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest!
Q:Â Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android smartphone?
A:Â The MVP is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets available through the program. Admission to Hilton Coliseum will be managed through your iPhone or Android at cycloneMVP.com.
Q:Â Can I purchase the MVP if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A:Â Not at this time.
Q:Â Is the MVP refundable?
A:Â All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Q:Â Can I sell my Mobile Voucher Pass for games I do not attend?
A:Â No, the MVP cannot be resold.
Q:Â What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A:Â Fans who require accessible seats can select this option when redeeming their MVP tickets. Simply tap the 'Accessible Seats' category after you select the event. Just like other seating options, your exact accessible seat locations will display after you redeem tickets. Event staff and ushers will also be able to assist you at the venue.
