Summer 2024
Competed at UK Olympic Trials in the 800m, earning the UK Athletics Championships bronze medal in the final with 1:46.33.
2023-24
Outdoor:Â Cemented bronze in the 800m with an all-time best 1:45.66 at NCAA Championships ... the only man in the nation to finish top three in the 800m at both indoor and outdoor nationals ... his PR is the fourth-fastest performance in program history ... advanced to nationals after automatically qualifying in his heat with 1:47.74 at NCAA West Prelims ... ran the 800m in the World Athletics Continental Tour at Drake Relays and finished fourth in 1:46.81.
Indoor: Placed third in the 800m at NCAA Championships in 1:47.68 for First Team All-America … automatically qualified for the national final after finishing third in his preliminary heat with 1:47.49 … qualified for the 800m final at Big 12 Championships … ran the 800m leg on the distance medley relay at the Arkansas Qualifier that clocked 9:24.22, the second-fastest time in school history as the relay went on to qualify for nationals … clocked an Iowa State indoor-best 1:46.97 for second in the invite 800m at the Tyson Invite to rank fifth in program history … also ran the 800m (1:47.08) at the Iowa State Classic and the 600m (1:18.16) at the Hawkeye Invite.

Outdoor: Mid-American Conference champion in the 800m with a time of 1:49.59.
Indoor: Ran a 1,500m personal record of 3:43.45 for eighth at the Stanford Invitational … clocked 1:53.17 in the 800m at the Indiana Invitational.
2020-21 (Miami (OH))
Outdoor: Placed fourth at NCAA DI Championships in the 800m with a personal record of 1:45.80 … NCAA DI East Prelims 800m champ (1:46.87) … MAC champion in the 800m, clocking 1:49.04 … placed first in the 800m at Raleigh Relays (1:47.43) and the Joe Walker Invitational (1:46.51).
Indoor: Runner-up in the 800m at NCAA DI Championships with 1:45.91 … won the 800m at the University of Akron Invitational, GVSU Big Meet and Camel City Invitational, each time under 1:50.00.
Cross Country: Placed 24th at the Mid-American Conference XC Championships with an 8k time of 25:12.00 … finished fifth in the 8k at the Cardinal Classic in 25:35.40.
2019-20 (Miami (OH))
Indoor: Competed in four meets … won the 800m at the Meyo Invitational (1:48.27) and the GVSU Big Meet Invite (1:48.55) … ran third leg for the winning distance medley relay team at the Vanderbilt Invitational.

Ran a 1:47.33 in the 800m for bronze at the European U20 Championships, representing Great Britain.
