Outdoor: Finished 10th in the 400m with 56.10 at the Hurricane Invite ... clocked 24.79 in the 200m at the USF Invite ... season ended early due to injury.
Indoor: Ran the 400-meter leg of the third-place distance medley relay that set the No. 8 ISU performance of 11:20.89 at Big 12 Championships … also led off the 4x400m relay at conference … led off the sixth-fastest 4x400m relay (3:39.94) in school history as the team won at the Iowa State Classic … ran a season-best 55.67 in the 400m for second at the Cyclone Open… also ran the 400m (56.48) at the Razorback Invite … opened season with a 60m personal record of 7.76 at the ISU Holiday Invite.

Outdoor: Led off the 4x400-meter relay at NCAA West Prelims as the squad cemented 14^th with 3:35.32 … ran leadoff in the school-record setting 4x400m (3:31.02) that took the silver medal at Big 12 Championships … part of the seventh-place 4x100m team and placed 19^th in the 400m at conference … set a personal record to win the 400m at the Iowa State Alumni Invite with 53.80, the sixth-ranking performance in school history … part of the winning Drake Relays DMR team (11:21.50) … ran a season-best 1:01.95 in 400m hurdles for sixth at the UCF Invite … also competed at Texas Relays and Beach invite.
Indoor: Ran on two school-record breaking 4x400-meter squads, anchoring at the Tyson Invite (3:38.90) before resetting it running second leg at Big 12 Championships (3:36.80) … ran a season best of 55.38 in the 400m at the Razorback Invite … placed fourth in the 200-meter with a season-best 24.82 … also competed at the Iowa State Classic, Cyclone Open and Graduate Classic.

2021-22
Outdoor: Ran for the Cyclones in six meets … finished seventh as part of Iowa State’s 4x100m relay (45.44) and 4x400m relay (3:40.40) and was 16th in the 400m dash (54.55) at the Big 12 Championships … led-off for ISU’s fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:45.94) and ran the 400m leg on the Cyclones’ 10th-place distance medley relay (11:40.62) at the Drake Relays … posted collegiate-best 54.40 in the 400m to finish second at the Bobcat Invitational … also finished second in the 400m (54.74) at the Beach Invitational … recorded collegiate-best 24.72 in the 200m dash at the Sun Angel Classic … also competed at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

Indoor: Competed in seven meets for Iowa State … was member of seventh-place 4x400m relay (3:41.52) and distance medley relay (11:36.12) and took 13th in the 400m dash (55.89) at the Big 12 Championships … anchored for the Cyclones’ victorious 4x400m relay (3:40.09) at the Iowa State Classic … took second place in the 400m dash (56.33) to open season at ISU Holiday Invite … took third in the 400m dash (55.50) at the Husker Invitational … also competed at the Razorback Invitational, Cyclone Open and Graduate Classic.

Outdoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … was a member of seventh-place 4x400-meter relay (3:40.86) and eighth-place 4x100-meter relay (46.64) at the Big 12 Championships … also competed in the 400-meter hurdles at the conference championships (14th, 1:04.54) … was member of third-place 4x400-meter relay (3:41.66) and fourth-place distance medley relay (11:21.33) at the Drake Relays, helping the Cyclones finish second in the women’s Relays Cup competition … posted personal best 1:01.08 in the 400-meter hurdles to take sixth at the Rock Chalk Classic … also ran at the Michal Johnson Invitational and Florida Relays.
