Outdoor: Competed in the hammer throw at seven meets for the Cyclones … finished 11th at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the hammer (177-6, 54.10m) … recorded season-best 188-3 (57.38m) in the hammer throw en-route to finishing third at the Sun Angel Track Classic … also went above a80 feet at the Tulsa Duels (185-4, 56.49m) and Musco Twilight (184-4, 56.18m) … also competed in the hammer throw at the Michael Johnson Invitational, Drake Relays and Nebraska Invitational.

Indoor: Represented ISU in the weight throw at seven meets … finished seventh at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with a personal best throw of 60-0 1/2 (18.30m) … took second at the Hawkeye Invitational with a throw of 59-4 1/4 (18.09m) … also competed in the weight throw at the Cyclone Duals, Larry Wieczorek Invitational, Husker Invitational, Iowa State Classic and Nebraska Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Competed for Iowa State in eight meets … finished 11th in the hammer throw at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … earned three victories on the season, taking first place in the hammer throw at the Tulsa Duels, Kip Janvrin Open and Nebraska Invitational … took second place in the hammer throw at the Sun Angel Classic with a career-best throw of 188-8 … finished third in hammer throw at Musco Twilight and fourth at the Stanford Invitational … also competed in the hammer at the Drake Relays.

Indoor: Competed in the weight throw for the Cyclones at five meets … scored for Iowa State with a sixth-place finish in the weight throw at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … his conference championships throw of 57-4 3/4 ranks him eighth in ISU history … took fifth place in the weight throw at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational … also did the weight throw at the Iowa State Classic, Husker Invitational and Hawkeye Invitational.

Outdoor: Took part in three meets for the Cyclones … set a new personal best by over 11 feet with a throw of 183-10 at the LSU Alumni Gold meet … finished second in the hammer throw at the Drake Relays … also competed in the hammer throw at the Big 12 Championships.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for ISU … posted a personal best 57-0 in the weight throw to finish eighth at the Big 12 Championships … took second in the weight throw at Big 4 Duals … also took part in the weight throw at the Razorback Invitational and Iowa State Classic.

2014-15 (Pitt)
Outdoor: Ranked 22nd in the conference after throwing 49.54m in the hammer throw at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships…Set a career high with a hammer throw of 50.58m at the Wake Forest Open…Came in fifth in the hammer throw at the 2015 UNF Spring Break Invitational.

Indoor: Finished 17 in the conference in the weight throw at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 16.91m…Competed in the Spire NCAA D-1 Indoor T&F Invitational two weeks prior and threw 16.21m…Threw a career best 17.25m at the Doc Hale VT Elite…Came in sixth at the YSU Indoor Invite with a throw of 16.62m.

Before Iowa State
Member of 2012-13 indoor state champion track and field team...Crowned both division and class champion in all but his freshman season...Served as captain of the track team his senior year…Named All-Division and All-Class thrower following personal bests in weight (62’3”) and hammer (191’1”) in his senior campaign.
