2016-17
Outdoor: Ran in five meets for Iowa State … just missed out on second-straight trip to NCAA Championships, finishing 15th in the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminaries, running second-best time of career in 51.08 … grabbed bronze medal in 400-meter hurdles and ran third leg of 4x400-meter relay at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … missed four weeks of outdoor season due to calf injury, returning at the Drake Relays in the 400 hurdles with an eighth-place finish … won 400-meter hurdles at Nebraska Invite and finished second in the event at the Stanford Invitational … led-off for winning 4x400-meter relay team at Stanford.

Indoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … finished seventh in the 600-yard run at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … ran in the 400-meter dash and as part of the ‘B’ 4x400-meter relay at the Iowa State Classic … finished second in the 400-meter dash premier and anchored winning 4x400 relay in the ‘B’ relays at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational … took second in the 600-meter run and ran second leg of second-place 4x400-meter relay at Hawkeye Invite … also did the 400-meter dash at the Husker Invite.

Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing 37th at the meet … scored in a pair of events for ISU at the Big 12 Championships, finishing fourth in the 400-meter hurdles and running the third led of Iowa State’s sixth-place 4x400-meter relay squad … competed in the 400 hurdles in four regular season meets, including the Drake Relays … finished fourth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Tiger Track Classic … picked up a second place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.

Indoor: Competed in the 600-yard run at the Big 12 Championships … ran second leg of school-record setting distance medley relay team at the Alex Wilson Invitational … also ran second leg of men’s DMR at Razorback Invitational, the third-fastest relay squad in program history … ran in the 400-meter dash at the Iowa State Classic, Razorback Invitational and Holiday Inn Invitational … finished fifth in 600-yard run at Big 4 Duals.

2013-14
Outdoor: Posted the fastest times among Iowa State’s three freshman 400m hurdlers … ran sub-53 seconds in every outing in the 400H, clocking sub-52 in each of his final five races … posted career best of 51.02 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, placing third overall to score 6 team points and rank at No. 8 in program history … qualified for the NCAA West Prelims with his performance at the Big 12 meet … finished in the top-five in six of his races this season …also competed as part of the program’s 4x400m team.

Indoor: Saw action in seven meets during the indoor season … ran as Iowa State’s top 400m runner, also competing in the 4x400m, DMR and 600yd … notched a career best 48.35 in the 400m at the Alex Wilson Invitational … posted a time of 1:11.14 in the 600yd at the Bergan Invitational … ran the 400m leg of the men’s DMR at the ISU Classic, helping the team to a 9:38.49 clocking to rank No. 2 in ISU history.
