Outdoor: Grabbed another Big 12 silver medal over 1,500m in a tactical affair... also finished 7th in the Big 12 800m final... placed 14th at the NCAA West Preliminaries over 1,500m... Won the Cyclone Twilight over 800m with an outdoor personal best of 1:47.05...anchored Iowa State's 4x1600m relay to a runner up finish as well as running the leadoff 1200m leg for Iowa State's winning DMR team at the Drake Relays...also competed at Payton Jordan and Bryan Clay invitationals.
Indoor: Big 12 mile silver medalist (4:05.63) … had the fastest qualifying time of 4:03.38 running at altitude at conference … also posted the fastest 1,000m qualifying time (2:20.63) but was disqualified in the final … led off the distance medley that took third at the Arkansas Qualifier (9:26.13, No. 4 ISU) … broke four at the BU Terrier Classic with a mile of 3:59.83 … ran the invite mile at the BU Valentine Invite … had an 800m season best of 1:49.46 to place third at the Iowa State Classic … also ran the mile and 800m at the Cyclone Open.

XC: Competed in three meets for the Cyclones, including a fourth place finish at the Cyclone Preview with a 17:59.5 over 6k...also competed at the Gans Creek Classic and Nuttycomb Invitational.

2024-25
Outdoor: Finished 27th in the 1,500m at NCAA West Prelims, just missing advancement to quarterfinals ... Big 12 silver medalist in the 1,500m (3:38.70) while also scoring in the 800m taking seventh (1:47.43, outdoor PR) ... moved up to No. 2 in ISU history in Big 12 prelims with a 1,500m of 3:38.26, also ran a 1:47.75 800m in prelims ... ran on the silver-medalist DMR and 4x800m at Drake Relays, men went on to win the Relays Cup ... competed in the elite 1,500m section at Bryan Clay (3:41.55) ... opened season with the 1,500m win of 3:40.09 at the Jim Duncan Invite.
Indoor: Big 12 1,000m champ and mile bronze medalist ... reset his mile school record with 3:54.23 (No. 24 NCAA) for fifth at the BU Scarlet & White Invite ... first broke the school record at the Cyclone Open with 3:55.84 ... had third sub-4 mile of the season at the Valentine Invite with 3:55.27 ... won the 800m at the Arkansas Qualifier with 1:47.02 (No. 6 ISU) and led off the DMR that broke the school record and set the No. 14 all-time collegiate performance in 9:21.45 ... won both the 1,000m (2:19.74, No. 3 ISU) and 800m (1:48.75) at the Bill Bergan Open.
XC: Competed in two meets... helped Iowa State open the season with a team win at the Cyclone Preview, finishing fourth individually with a time of 18:15.7 in the 6K race... led ISU runners at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational, finishing fifth overall with an 8K time of 24:42.7.

2023-24
Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Prelims in the 1,500m and finished 42nd with 3:48.07 ... placed 15th in the 1,500m at Big 12 Championships in 3:45.31 ... hit a personal best in the 1,500m of 3:42.77 for second at the ISU Alumni Invite ... ran second leg of the winning Drake Relays 4x800m (7:22.53, No. 9 ISU), ISU's 14th Drake title in the event, and placed seventh in the 800m (1:51.17) ... clocked 3:49.95 at the Bryan Clay Invite and 3:55.98 at the Stanford Invite in the 1,500m.
Indoor: Scored for Iowa State with an eighth-place 1,000m finish (2:29.84) at Big 12 Championships … finished as the top collegian and third overall with a 1,000m time of 2:22.18 at the Valentine Invite … set a season best in the mile with 4:06.67 for eighth at the Iowa State Classic … set a 600m PR of 1:20.07 and ran on the 4x400m relay at the Hawkeye Invite … also ran at the Razorback Invite, Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invite.

Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the 1,500-meter run and finished 46^th with 3:51.42 … posted a personal record of 3:44.62 in the 1,500m run at Big 12 Championships for 10^th place, just missing out on the final … part of two silver medal Drake Relays teams, the 4x1,600 and distance medley relay … opened outdoor season with an 800m run personal best of 1:48.73 to win the event at the UCF Invite … also ran at the Bryan Clay Invite and Stanford Invite.
Indoor: Placed fourth at Big 12 Championships with a 1,000-meter run time of 2:21.82, a PR and the seventh-fastest time in school history … ran a mile personal best of 4:04.47 at the Husky Classic … finished eighth at the ISU Classic with an indoor best of 1:49.79 in the 800m … also competed at the Razorback Invite, Graduate Classic and ISU Holiday Invite.
