Outdoor: Cemented 11^th in the 10,000-meter (36:50.49) and 21^st in the 5,000m (17:33.20) at Big 12 Championships … clocked a season best of 17:09.29 in the 5,000m, placing 21^st at the Bryan Clay Invite … placed sixth with a 5,000m time of 17:51.60 at the UCF Invite.
Indoor: Redshirted.
XC: Took part in two meets for Iowa State … finished in 27th at the Mizzou XC Opener (5K, 18:52.0) and was 114th overall at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 23:02.0).

2021-22
Outdoor: Competed in four meets … finished 10th in the 10,000m run (37:10.15) at the Big 12 Championships … ran to a fifth-place finish in the 3,000m run (10:04.61) at the Sun Angel Classic … also competed at the Drake Relays and Raleigh Relays.

Indoor: Won the 3,000m run (9:53.59) at the ISU Holiday Invite.

XC: Ran in four meets for Iowa State … finished 27th at the Big 12 Cross Country Championship … began season with 17th place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational … took 55th place at the Griak Invitational … notched a 207th place effort at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational, running to a career-best 6K XC time of 22:13.5.

2020-21
Outdoor: Competed in three meets … finished ninth in the 10,000-meter run (36:09.77) and 10th in the 5,000m run (16:57.49) at the Big 12 Championships … clocked personal-best 16:33.84 to take 10th in the 5K at the Drake Relays … finished fourth in the 5,000m at the Jim Duncan Invitational (16:59.13).

Indoor: Took part in two meets … finished 11th in the 5,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships (17:58.40) … posted personal-best 9:42.87 to finish fifth in the 3,000m at the Cyclone Open.

XC: Finished 217th at the NCAA Championships... posted a 47th-place finish at the FSU Winter XC Classic... earned a 26th-place finish at the Big 12 Championship (22:00.3) … helped Iowa State to its eighth Big 12 title in the last 10 years … First Team Academic All-Big 12… finished 11th at the Cowboy Jamboree behind a 6k time of 22:05.2 … earned a seventh-place finish at the Bob Timmons Classic, running the 5k course in 18:11.4.

2019-20
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in five meets for Iowa State … ran to personal bests in the 3,000m run (11th, 9:49.01) and 5,000m run (10th, 17:04.14) at the Big 12 Championships … marked ISU debut with second place finish in 3,000m run at the Jimmy Grant Invite … also competed at the Iowa State Classic, UW Invitational and Wieczorek Invite.

XC: Redshirted her initial season at Iowa State.
