Outdoor: Earned a pair of All-America honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships … earned Second Team All-America as member of men’s 4x400-meter relay team which finished 14th (3:06.52) and honorable mention All-America honors in the 800-meter run via a 23rd place finish (1:52.76) … at NCAA West Prelims, finished 11th in 800 in 1:47.94 to secure advancement to Eugene and anchored ISU’s season-best 4x400m relay in 3:05.40 … earned silver medal in 800-meter run (1:48.20), while taking fifth as member of 4x400m relay (3:07.32) at Big 12 Championships … was member of winning 4x800 (7:27.98) and sprint medley relay (3:17.73) at the Drake Relays … ran a personal best 46.90 in the 400 to finish second at the Cardinal Classic … finished fifth in the 800 at the Sun Angel Track Classic (1:47.97) … also ran at the Florida Relays and Tulsa Duels.

2016-17
Outdoor: Ran in five events for Iowa State … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 800-meter run, finishing 34th … took fourth as member of 4x400-meter relay and eighth in the 800-meter run at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … anchored second-place 4x800-meter relay and ran second leg of ninth-place distance medley relay at Drake Relays … sped to a personal-best 1:47.63 and a fifth place finish in the 800-meter run premiere at the Sun Angel Track Classic, moving him to fifth in ISU history in the event … anchored winning 4x400 relay and took third in individual 400 at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Competed in seven meets for Iowa State … qualified for NCAA Indoor Championships as member of 4x400-meter relay, but did not get a chance to run, as ISU had pulled out of race due to injury on first leg … Big 12 Champion in the 600-yard run … his prelim time of 1:08.97 in the 600 moves him to third in ISU history in the event … also anchored for fourth-place 4x400-meter relay … anchored school-record-breaking 4x400-meter relay at Alex Wilson Invitational, clocking in at 3:05.61 … also anchored 4x400 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational and Husker Invitational, leading the team to victory in the former … finished third in the 400-meter dash premier at the Black and Gold Premier … also competed in the Iowa State Classic.

Competed in 2016 for Monroe College … NJCAA Indoor national champion in the 600-meter dash, crossing the line in 1:19.21 … also finished second at NJCAA Indoors as part of the distance medley relay and eighth in the 4x400-meter relay … was named USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week for the NJCAA after running a 1:02.07 in the 500-meter dash to defeat 2012 Olympic bronze medalist Lalond Gordon … during outdoor season, qualified for NJCAA Championships in 400-meter dash and earned second place as part of 4x800-meter relay team.
