Outdoor: Competed in the 1,500-meter run at the Musco Twilight … ran in the 5,000-meter run at the Drake Relays, finishing 20th … finished seventh in the 1,500-meter run at the Kansas Relays.
Indoor: Finished 13th in the 3,000-meter run at the Razorback Invitational … ran a personal best of 10:04.93 in the 3,000 en route to finishing third at the Big 4 Duals … set a personal best in the mile at the Holiday Inn Invitational, finishing second in 5:05.63.
XC: Opened the year with a runner-up performance at the Bulldog 4K Classic, posting a time of 14:44 ... competed at the Griak Invitational, finishing in 23:08 .. posted a 6K time of 21:49 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational ... finished 27th at the Big 12 Championship with a time of 21:29 ... competed at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing with a time of 21:21.
2013-14:
Outdoor: Clocked a time of 18:17.55 in the Kansas Relays 5000m … posted a 10:38.46, running the 3000m at the Musco Invitational.
Indoor: Posted a PR of 5:12.70 in the mile at the Holiday Preview.
Cross Country: Placed seventh at the Bulldog 4K Classic with a time of 13:09.72...at the Iowa Black and Gold Invite ran the time of 14:40.50 ... finished the Wisconsin adidas Invitational in 21:55.
Before Iowa State
Ran the first leg for a 4x800-meter team that qualified for the 2010 Illinois state track meet ... as a freshman at Iowa State placed fifth in the NIRCA half marathon while competing for the Iowa State running club.
