Outdoor: Advanced to NCAA West Prelims in the hammer … took ninth in the shot put at Big 12 Championships (48-7 1/2, 14.82m) … took third at Mt. SAC Relays with a hammer best of 188-10 (57.56m) … performed to a shot put PR of 49-7 1/4 (15.12m) at the Badger Challenge … took fifth in the shot put at Drake Relays (49-1 1/2, 14.97m) … also competed at the Triton and Central Dutch Invite.
Indoor: Medaled in the weight throw taking fifth with a personal best (65-2 3/4, 19.88m) and placed 10th in the shot put (47-2 1/2, 14.39m) at Big 12 Championships … recorded an indoor shot put PR of 49-1 1/2 (14.97m) to place fourth at the DeLoss Dodds Invite … competed throughout the weight throw and shot put at seven meets.
