2023-24
Outdoor: Led off the fifth-place 4x1,600m relay at Drake Relays ... clocked 3:56.92 in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invite.
Indoor: Claimed 26th in the 3,000m (8:25.05) at Big 12 Championships … set a 3,000m PR of 8:01.01 to place just behind first at the Tyson Invite … ran a mile season-best 4:05.30 for fifth at the Iowa State Classic … placed fourth in the mile at the Razorback Invite with 4:09.33.
XC: Participated in five meets… finished third at the Cyclone Preview with a time of 18:11.2… was a top-40 individual finisher with a time of 24:03.6 at the Big 12 Championships… posted a time of 31:47.1 at the NCAA Midwest Regional to finish 51^st overall.

2022-23
Outdoor: Opened outdoor season with a 5K personal record of 13:52.57 at the Stanford Invitational … also recorded a lifetime best in the steeplechase at Drake Relays with 8:49.31, less than a second off the 10^th-fastest time in program history … moved onto NCAA West Prelims with his steeplechase time … medaled in the steeplechase at Big 12 Championships, finishing fifth in 9:03.77 … part of the silver medal Drake Relays 4x1,600 squad (16:23.69) … also ran the steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invite (8:52.07).
Indoor: Placed seventh in the 5,000-meter run (14:25.93) and eighth in the 3,000m (8:14.24) at Big 12 Championships … ran a mile season-best 4:05.42 at the Razorback Invitational … placed 10^th in the mile at the Iowa State Classic with 4:05.52 … clocked a 3,000m time of 8:04.25 at the Husky Classic … also ran at the Cyclone Open.
XC: Competed in all five meets for Iowa State … just missed out on All-Midwest Region honors, taking 26th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships Midwest Regional (10K, 30:09.4) … also just missed out on All-Big 12 honors with 17th place finish at the Big 12 Championships (8K, 24:45.6) … opened season with 16th place finish at Mizzou XC Opener (6K, 18:45.6) … was 26th overall at the Gans Creek Classic (8K, 24:17.8) … ran in the ‘B’ race at the Nuttycombe Invitational, leading the Cyclone contingent in that race in 28th place (8K, 24:36.6).

2021-22
Outdoor: Took part in four meets for ISU … finished fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:09.34) and 18th in the 5,000m run (14:56.92) at the Big 12 Championships … clocked his personal best 8:51.71 in the steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays … ran to a personal best 14:20.90 in the 5,000m run at the Stanford Invitational … took ninth in the 3,000m steeplechase (8:56.62) at the Drake Relays.
Indoor: Ran in two meets for the Cyclones after enrolling at Iowa State in January … finished 12th in the mile (4:09.81) and 27th in the 3,000m run (8:22.54) at the Big 12 Championships … in Iowa State debut, finished 24th in the mile (4:10.23) at the Razorback Invitational.

2021-22 (Iowa Central)
Following cross country season, took fourth place at the NJCAA Half Marathon National Championships in 1:04:56.7.
XC: Ran at seven meets for the Tritons, finishing in the top-three at six of them … earned NJCAA Division I All-America honors with third place finish at NJCAA Division I Cross Country National Championships … was the winner at the Hawkeye Invitational and the All-American Invitational … took second at the NJCAA Region XI Championships Greeno Dirksen Invite and the Tori Neubauer Invite … also ran to an 11th place finish at the Chile Pepper Festival.

2020-21 (Iowa Central)
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Tritons … NCJAA Division I Outdoor National Champion at 1,500m and the 3,000m Steeplechase … also earned First Team All-America for fourth place finish at 5,000m and sixth place finish as member of 4x800-meter relay … won NJCAA Region XI title in the 3,000m steeplechase and 4x800m relay … earned six event wins across the outdoor season … clocked personal best 9:09.88 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase en route to finishing 13th at the Drake Relays … posted personal best 3:55.61 at 1,500m at the Emporia State Spring Invite.
Indoor: Competed in eight meets for Iowa Central … earned First Team All-America honors at NJCAA Indoor National Championships in the 3,000m run (fourth place) and mile run (fifth place) … claimed NJCAA Region XI title in the mile … earned nine wins across the indoor season.
XC: Competed in six meets, finishing in the top-four in every meet … won NJCAA Division I Cross Country National Championship, posting an 8K time of 24:57.4 … was the NJCAA Region XI cross country champion … also picked up victories at the Grand View Open and Morningside Open.

2019-20 (Iowa Central)
Outdoor: Season canceled due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Indoor: Competed in eight meets for the Tritons … earned First Team All-America in four events at the NJCAA Division I Indoor National Championships, finishing second in the 1,000m, third in the 5,000m, fourth in the 3,000m and fifth in the mile … earned NJCAA Region XI title in the 1,000m, clocking a personal best 2:29.16 … picked up five victories across the season … during 2020 indoor season, also ran to personal bests in the mile (4:04.19), 3,000m (8:13.60) and 5,000m (14:27.34).
