Outdoor: Earned Honorable Mention All-America honors at NCAA Championships in the discus, first man in ISU history to earn multiple discus All-America honors ... advanced to nationals placing 10th at NCAA West Prelims with 190-5 (58.05m) ... scored in the discus placing sixth (186-10, 56.94m) and placed 10th in the shot put (58-1 3/4 (17.72m) at Big 12 Championships ... recorded a discus PR of 195-8 (59.64m) to take the silver at Drake Relays and move up to No. 3 in program history ... won both the shot put and discus at the ISU Alumni Invite ... won the discus at the John McDonnell Invite and Stanford Invite ... hit a shot put season-best 59-9 1/2 (18.22m) at the USF Invite ... also competed at the Hurricane Invite.

Indoor: Finished fourth in the shot put with an indoor-best mark of 62-3 1/4 (18.98m) at Big 12 Championships, the fourth-best performance in ISU history … also put up a mark over 60 feet at the Iowa State Classic for second (60-6, 18.44m) … won the shot put at the Cyclone Open (56-10 3/4, 17.34m) and the ISU Holiday Invite (56-8 3/4, 17.29m) … also competed in shot put at the Razorback Invite, Graduate Classic and Snowshoe Open.

Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for Iowa State … earned Honorable Mention All-America honors in the discus, finishing 20th at the NCAA Championships (179-5, 54.68m) … qualified for NCAA Championships by throwing a discus personal best 187-10 (57.26m) to finish fifth at the NCAA West Preliminaries … also competed in the shot put (NM) at the NCAA West Prelims … finished 10th in the discus (161-7, 49.25m) and shot put (57-9 1/2, 17.61m) at the Big 12 Championships … fired a personal best 62-4 (19.00m) to finish fourth in the shot put at the Drake Relays … also competed at the Musco Twilight, Sun Angel Classic and Bobcat Invitational.

Summer 2021
Represented home nation of Estonia at European U23 Athletics Championships in the discus, finishing 11th in qualifying heat (175-4, 53.44m).

2020-21
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for ISU … qualified for and competed in the NCAA West Preliminaries in the discus and shot put … earned Big 12 silver medal in the discus (180-6, 55.01m) and finished ninth in the shot put (55-5, 16.89m) at the Big 12 Championships … posted personal best 187-2 (57.06m) to take fourth in the discus at the Rock Chalk Classic … was second in the discus at the Drake Relays (181-2, 55.23m) … recorded season-best 58-3 3/4 (17.77m) to take seventh in the shot put at the Florida Relays … opened season with win in the Blue Oval Invitational in the discus (168-6, 51.35m).

Indoor: Threw the shot in three meets for Iowa State … took bronze medal at Big 12 Championships with personal-best 59-1 1/4 (18.01m) … was winner of the shot put at the Cyclone Open (56-1 1/4, 17.10m) … took seventh in the shot put at the Iowa State Classic (57-6 1/4, 17.53m).

2019-20
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Enrolled at Iowa State in January prior to Spring 2020 semester, going on to compete in the shot put at three meets … notched personal best 56-1 (17.09m) to score a point for ISU with eighth-place finish at the Big 12 Championships, helping ISU secure the team title … marked Iowa State debut with third-place finish in shot put at the Texas Tech Invite (55-5 3/4, 16.91m) … also competed in shot put at the Iowa State Classic.

Qualified for the 2019 European U20 Championships in the shot put and discus, finishing seventh and eighth, respectively ... was 2018 and 2019 Estonian U20 and Baltic U20 champion in the shot put and discus ... 2018 Estonian U18 champion in the shot put and discus.
