Indoor: Competed in three meets for Iowa State … ran to bronze medal finishes in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … time of 8:05.75 in the 3,000 puts him at No. 10 in ISU indoor history for the event … also ran the 3,000 at the Iowa State Classic … finished third in mile at Alex Wilson Invitational.

XC: Put together a phenomenal senior campaign after transferring to Iowa State from Syracuse … competed in all six meets and was one of just two Cyclones to be part of the ISU scoring effort in every meet of the season … placed fourth (18:03) at the Hawkeye Invitational as ISU’s No. 2 finisher … helped the Cyclones to an 8-0 dual scoring record at the meet … finished 23^rd (25:38) at the Roy Griak Invitational … was Iowa State’s top finisher, placing 21^st (24:20) at the Wisconsin Invitational to lead ISU to an 8^th-place team finish … picked up All-Big 12 honors by finishing 12^th (25:56) at the Big 12 Championship … helped Iowa State to a runner-up finish at the conference meet … finished 19^th (30:46) to earn All-Midwest Region honors at the NCAA Regional meet … was Iowa State’s second finisher at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Ind. with a 58^th-place finish (30:35.2).

At Syracuse
2015: Ran to a fifth-place finish at the John Reif Memorial 8K with a time of 24:54.5 (10/23)... Took 62nd with a time of 25:06.8 at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (9/25)... Placed 13th at the Harry Lang Invitational with a time of 20:25.4 (9/5).

2014: Finished first with a time of 24:48.50 at the John Reif Memorial Run (Oct. 25)... Finished 23rd with a time of 25:12 at the Wisonsin Adidas Invitational (Oct.17) ... Finshed second overall in the Coast-to Coast (Sept. 26th) 5k with a time of 15:23

2013: Finished first overall at the John Reif Memorial (Oct. 25th) with a time of 24:49.40 in the 5 mile... Finished 35th overall in the Boston College XC Iinvite (Sept. 27th) with a time of 25:11.0 in the 8K....Finished seventh overall at the Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 14^th) with a time of 24:18.43 in the 8000 meter run... Finished seventh overall at the Harry Lang Invitational (Sept. 7^th) with a time of 20:35.60 in the 6400 meter run.

High school: Finished 11th at the 2012 USA Junior National Cross Country Championships, the same race teammate Jace Lowry won in early February... Two-time NXN qualifier... Earned two First Team All-State honors in cross country while in high school... Owns personal bests in the 1600-meter run (4:18.66) and 3200-meter run (9:10.66).
