Outdoor: Clocked the 10th-fastest 1,500m time in semifinals at NCAA Championships with 3:39.23 to earn Second Team All-America honors ... the time is the fourth-fastest performance in Iowa State history ... advanced to nationals after automatically qualifying in his quarterfinal heat with 3:40.80 at NCAA West Prelims ... took silver at Big 12 Championships with 3:41.07 as Iowa State went 1-2-3 in the 1,500m final ... anchored the winning 4x800m relay squad at Drake Relays to 7:22.53 (No. 9 ISU), Iowa State's 14th Drake 4x800m title ... won his 1,500m section at the Stanford Invite with 3:45.00 ... ran the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invite (3:45.14) ... lowered his 1,500m PR five times through the season.

Outdoor: Advanced to quarterfinals at NCAA West Prelims in the 800-meter, finishing 16^th with 1:48.71 … finished fifth in the 800m at Big 12 Championships with a PR of 1:47.49, becoming the 10^th-fastest ISU performer all time … also set a 1,500m PR of 3:46.25 for 13^th at conference championships … led off the 4x800m relay at Penn Relays (7:13.94), the second-fastest time in school history and 16th-fastest in collegiate history … clocked a 400m personal best of 48.31 at the UCF Invite … also ran the 800m and sprint medley relay at Texas Relays.
Indoor: Ran to an 800-meter indoor-best 1:47.83 for second at the Iowa State Classic to become the No. 7-ranked performer in program history … scored in the 800m (1:49.94) and mile (4:03.72) placing seventh in both races at Big 12 Championships … won the 1,000m at the Graduate Classic with a personal best of 2:22.89 … set a mile PR nearly breaking four minutes with 4:00.59 at the Cyclone Open … won the 800m at the Arkansas Qualifier (1:47.84) … also ran at the Husky Classic and ISU Holiday Invite.

2021-22
Outdoor: Competed for the Cyclones at seven meets … qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the 800m run, finishing 16th in a personal best 1:48.05 … earned bronze medal in 800m run at the Big 12 Championships in then-PR of 1:48.85 … led off for ISU’s victorious 4x800m relay (7:17.47) at the Drake Relays … 800m times of 1:49.35 at the Sun Angel Classic and 1:49.02 at the Bryan Clay Invitational were then-PR marks … also competed at the Mt. SAC Relays and Raleigh Relays.

Indoor: Enrolled at Iowa State in January before competing for the Cyclones in three meets … clocked an indoor personal best 1:51.05 in the 800m run to finish seventh at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … made Iowa State debut at the Razorback Invitational in the 600m run, finishing 11th in a personal best 1:22.74 … also competed in the 800m run at the Iowa State Classic.

2020-21 (Army)
Outdoor: Ran at six meets … claimed Patriot League title in the 800m run (running a then-PR 1:50.51) and as part of the Black Knights’ 4x800m relay team … was member of Army’s silver medal 4x400m relay team at the conference championships … ran then-personal best 1:49.73 in the 800m run at the West Point Twilight … was member of first-place 4x400m relay at Army-Navy Star Series Meet and dual meet vs. Boston … won the 800m run at the Bucknell Quad … also competed in the 800m run at the Army Twilight with Albany and St. John’s.

Indoor: Took part in three meets … was member of victorious 4x400m relay at Crowell Open and in dual meet vs. Villanova … also took victory in the 800m run at the Crowell Open … was member of second-place 4x400m relay team in dual meet vs. Northeastern.

2019-20 (Army)
Outdoor: Took part in one meet before season was cancelled due to Covid-19 outbreak … ran in the 800m run and as part of the 4x400m relay at the Beach Opener.

Indoor: Ran in eight meets for the Black Knights … was member of Army’s bronze-medal 4x800m relay and distance medley relay at the Patriot League Championships … also took seventh in the 800m run at the conference championships … was member of winning 4x400m relay at the Crowell Open and victorious 4x800m relay at the Army-Navy Star Series Meet … finished fifth in the 800m run at the Penn State National Open … took second in the 800m and was third in the 4x400m relay at the Nittany Lion Challenge … member of third-place distance medley relay at the VMI Keydet Invitational … also competed at the John Thomas Terrier Classic and the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
