Outdoor: Took part in five meets for Iowa State … finished 10th in the 5,000m (17:18.97) at the Big 12 Championships, moving up five places in the final lap to enter the top-10 … clocked 5K personal best 16:58.70 to finish eighth in section at Bryan Clay Invitational … was member of sixth-place 4x1,600m relay (19:47.98) and ran to a personal best 4:38.02 in the 1,500m at the Drake Relays … finished third in the 3,000m run (9:59.87) at the Sun Angel Classic … also competed at the Raleigh Relays.
Indoor: Competed for the Cyclones in four meets … ran a personal best 9:58.54 to finish 20th in the 3,000m run at the Big 12 Championships … ran first sub-5 mile of her career at the Cyclone Open, posting a 4:59.15 … also ran the mile at the Razorback Invitational and the ISU Holiday Invite.
XC: Ran in four meets for the Cyclones … finished 36th in the Big 12 Cross Country Championship … began season with 35th-place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational … was 141st at the Griak Invitational … took 66th in the ‘B’ race at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational.

XC: Ran at the Big 12 Championship, finishing 59th individually in 23:34.1 … helped Iowa State to its eighth Big 12 title in the last 10 years … in her first race as a Cyclone, finished 77th at the Cowboy Jamboree with a time of 24:12.4.
High School
Claimed three high school state titles during her career at St. James Academy, including the 2018 Kansas Class 5A Girls Cross Country title ... at the 2019 Outdoor State Championships as a junior, swept to 1,600 and 3,200 meter titles one year after taking second in each event at the state championships ... claimed the 2019 New Balance Nationals title in the 2-mile run.Â
