Indoor: Ran the 400-meter dash at the ISU Holiday Invite, finishing ninth in 50.86.

2021-22
Outdoor: Ran for Iowa State in seven meets … anchored for Cyclones’ fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:10.84) at the Big 12 Championships … also finished 15th in the 800m run (1:53.51) at the conference championships … posted an outdoor best of 1:51.34 in the 800m at the Mt. SAC Relays ... also competed at the Drake Relays, Beach Invitational, Bryan Clay Invitational, Sun Angel Classic and Raleigh Relays.

Indoor: Ran for the Cyclones in six meets … clocked personal best 1:10.93 en route to finishing 14th in the 600-yard run at the Big 12 Championships … took sixth in the 600-yard run (1:12.27) at the Iowa State Classic … member of fifth-place 4x400m relay (3:19.05) at the Wooo Pig Classic … also competed at the Arkansas Qualifier, Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invitational.

2020-21
Outdoor: Did not compete.

Indoor: Competed in two meets before suffering injury that saw him miss remainder of indoor season … took part in the 800m at the Razorback Invitational, finishing fourth … was member of ISU’s winning 4x400m relay at the Cyclone Open … also finished fourth in the 400m at the Cyclone Open.

2019-20 (UC Riverside)
Outdoor: Opened season with personal best 4:00.49 in 1,500m en route to second-place finish at RCC Invitational ... remainder of season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Indoor: Competed at five meets for the Highlanders ... earned bronze medal in the 800-meter run with a personal best 1:50.05 at the MPSF Indoor Championships ... also took sixth as a member of the 4x400-meter relay at the conference championships ... picked up six event wins across the season ... got three victories at the Mountain T's Invitational, winning the 400m (PR 47.74), 800m and the 4x400m relay ... clocked a then-PR 1:50.42 in the 800 to win the event at teh GVSU Big Meet ... got a pair of wins in the 600m and the 4x400m relay at the Lumberjack Team Challenge.

2018-19 (UC Riverside)
Outdoor: Qualified for the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships in the 800 meters, finishing 11th in prelims ... competed at the NCAA West Prelims in the 4x400m relay, with the Highlanders taking 24th ... was member of silver medal 4x400m relay and got bronze in the 800m at the Big West Outdoor Championships ... collected six event wins during the season ... was member of winning 4x400m relay at the adidas/Steve Scott Invitational, Chris Rinne Highlander Twilight, Mondo Team Challenge and the UC-Riverside Spring Track Classic ... got second-place finishes in the 4x400 at the UCSB-UCR-Cal Poly Tri-Meet and RCC Invitational ... won the 800m run at the UCSB-UCR Cal Poly Tri-Meet and adidas/Steve Scott Invitational ... also competed at the Beach Invitational and Mt. SAC Relays.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Highlanders ... was member of ninth-place DMR and 10th-place 4x400m relay at the MPSF Championships ... earned three victories on the season ... earned first collegiate individual event win in the 600m at the Mountain T's Invitational ... was member of winning 4x400m relay at the Mountain T's Invite and Lumberjack Team Challenge ... also competed at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational.
