Outdoor: Hit PRs in the pole vault (14-1 3/4, 4.31m), discus (119-7, 36.44m) and javelin (177-7, 54.12m) at the Cyclone Twilight … competed in nine of 10 decathlon events at Drake Relays and recorded a shot put best of 40-0 3/4 (12.21m) … also competed at the Jim Duncan Invite and Central Dutch Invite.
Indoor: Completed the heptathlon with 4,898 points to take 12th at the DeLoss Dodds Invite … clocked a 60m hurdles best of 8.47 at the Iowa State Classic … competed throughout running and field events at the Cyclone Open, Bill Bergan Classic and ISU Holiday Invite.

2024-25
Outdoor: Took ninth in the his first decathlon at Drake Relays scoring 6,246 ... clocked 56.19 in 400m hurdles and threw 159-4 (48.56m) in the javelin at the Cyclone Twilight.
Indoor: Completed heptathlon in his first collegiate meet with a score of 4,432 for ninth at the ISU Holiday Invite ... ran on a 4x400m team and put up PRs in 60m hurdles, pole vault and long jump at the Iowa State Classic ... also competed at the Bill Bergan, Cyclone and Iowa Open.

High School
Back-to-back 400m hurdles Class 3A state champ for Central DeWitt … also had top-three finishes at state in 110m hurdles (runner-up), 400m hurdles and the 4x200m relay … two-time New Balance Outdoor Nationals qualifier in 400m hurdles … hit a 400m hurdles PR of 52.44 to finish third at Drake Relays … set PRs of 14.40 in 110m hurdles, 20-11 3/4 in the long jump and 22.35 in the 200m.
