Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for Iowa State … qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing 38th (10:39.13) … claimed Big 12 silver medal in steeplechase (10:17.66), and finished fifth in the 5,000m run (16:40.62) at the Big 12 Championships … claimed the Drake Relays title in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal best 10:05.62 … also ran the steeplechase at the Longhorn Invitational and Hayward Premiere … won the 1,500-meter run at the Jim Duncan Invitational in a personal best 4:27.79 … also ran the 1,500m at the Rock Chalk Classic, finishing third (4:28.33).

Indoor: Took part in four meets for Iowa State … was silver medalist in the 3,000m (9:29.64) and 5,000m (personal best 16:30.88) at the Big 12 Championships … clocked personal best 9:26.49 in the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic to finish eighth … finished second in the mile at the Wieczorek Invite in a personal best 4:48.20 … also ran the 3K at the UW Invitational.

XC: Earned All-Big 12 recognition at the Big 12 Championship with an eighth-place finish individually (20:52.6)… took 15th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships with a time of 21:05.3 to earn All-Region honors… First Team Academic All-Big 12 member… Ran in every race for the Cyclones in 2019… named USTFCCCA Female Athlete of the Week and Big 12 Women’s Runner of the Week for her individual win at the Hawkeye Invitational… finished 49th in 17:04.45 at the Joe Piane Invitational… took 89th at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in 21:15.5.

Outdoor: For the first time since 2015, advanced to the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing 40th in 10:28.44 … finished sixth in steeplechase (10:42.23) and 10th in 5,000-meter run (17:02.22) at Big 12 Championships … took second in steeplechase at Stanford Invitational (10:30.70) … notched season-best 10:26.76 in steeplechase to finish seventh at Cardinal Classic … was member of fourth-place 4x1,600-meter relay (19:42.26) at Drake Relays.

Indoor: Took part in two meets for ISU … finished 10th in 3,000-meter run (9:51.90) at Big 12 Championship s… also took park in the 3,000m at the Razorback Invitational.

XC: Competed in every event for ISU in 2018… finished 148th at the NCAA Championships… came up big for ISU at the NCAA Regional meet, posting a 27th-place finish… took 29th at the Big 12 Championship… raced in the Bradley Invite, Nuttycombe Invitational and Hawkeye Invitational during the regular season… Iowa State's top finisher at the Hawkeye Invitational, finishing runner-up individually… earned Academic All-Big 12 First Team recognition.

Outdoor: Partook in five meets for ISU … finished 13th in the 3,000m steeplechase in 11:13.35 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … finished 10th in a season-best time of 11:03.22 in the 3K steeple at the Drake Relays … also ran the steeplechase at the Sun Angel Classic (11:13.90) … finished second at Tulsa Duels 1,500m run in personal best 4:42.24 … also ran the 1,500m at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4:44.43).

XC: Competed for the Cyclones at the Roy Griak Invitational, earning a 135th-place finish in a time of 24:39 … ran for Iowa State at the Hawkeye Invitational, crossing the finish line in 18th-place overall … earned Academic All-Big 12 recognition.

XC: Made her season debut as one of six Cyclones to run in the open race at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational … finished 17^th with a time of 21:55 … was Iowa State’s No. 6 overall runner at the Big 12 Championship as ISU won its fifth conference title in six year … clocked a 21:39 to finish 28^th overall … placed 41^st (21:12) at the NCAA Midwest Regional in Iowa City, Iowa … did not compete at the NCAA Championships.

Outdoor: Competed twice for Iowa State … won 2,000-meter steeplechase at Tulsa Duels … finished 15th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Took part in three meets for Iowa State … won 3,000-meter run at Razorback Invitational in season-best time of 9:45.35 … also ran 3,000 at Big 4 Duals and Iowa State Classic … finished fourth in the mile at Big 4 Duals.

XC: Made her season debut at the Oz Memorial, where she was Iowa State's top finisher, placing 3rd iin 21:57 ... was part of the Iowa State scoring effort at the Greater Louisville Classic, helping the Cyclones to a 2nd-place finish by clocking a 17:20 and a 20th-place finish overall ... was ISU's third runner at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, finishing 57th in 20:34 ... made her way to the All-Big 12 podium by finishing 15th (21:26) at the 2015 Big 12 Championship ... finished as Iowa State's fourth runner at the NCAA Midwest Regional, clocking a 20:54 to finish 19th ... was part of the Cyclone scoring effort at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, crossing the line in 21:34 (119th).

Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing in 32nd place … claimed the school record in the steeplechase three times in 2015, being the holder at the end of the season after running a 10:19.21 at the Payton Jordan Invite … scored for ISU in a pair of events at the Big 12 Championships, finishing fourth in the steeplechase and seventh in the 5,000-meter run … was member of women’s distance medley relay team that finished eighth at the Drake Relays … also was member of 4x1,600-meter relay squad at Drake Relays … finished third in her section of the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational.
