Outdoor: Scored in the 10,000m in a season-best 35:08.28 for eighth and also finished 12th in the 5,000m with 17:06.13 at Big 12 Championships ... clocked a season-best 5,000m of 16:52.97 for 15th at the Stanford Invite ... finished 20th in the 10,000m with 35:18.71 at the Bryan Clay Invite.
Indoor: Recorded a 3,000m lifetime best of 9:35.18 for seventh at the Tyson Invite … clocked a mile PR of 4:50.01 to take fifth at the Cyclone Open … also competed in the 3,000m at the Razorback Invite and ISU Holiday Invite.
XC: Participated in four meets… finished 11^th at the Cyclone Preview with a time of 17:10.1… took 40^th at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 21:08.3… finished 103^rd at the Virginia Invitational with a time of 17:40.1.

2022-23
Outdoor: Claimed ninth in the 10,000-meter (35:54.42) and 10th in the 5,000m (16:53.06) at Big 12 Championships … trimmed 35 seconds off 10,000m personal best finishing in 34:26.64 for 14th at Mt. SAC Relays … clocked a season best in the 5,000m with 16:35.01 for 12th at the Stanford Invite.
Indoor: Finished 13th in the 5,000-meter in 17:11.45 and 17th in the 3,000m in 9:53.52 at Big 12 Championships … claimed a personal record in the 5,000m with 16:25.18 for 30th at the Husky Classic … posted a mile PR of 4:50.57 at the Cyclone Open … ran a season-best 9:40.58 in the 3,000m at the Razorback Invite.
XC: Competed in all five meets for Iowa State … earned All-Midwest Region honors after placing 24th at the NCAA XC Championships Midwest Regional, clocking a 6K time of 20:44.2 … just missed out on All-Big 12 honors, taking 17th at the Big 12 Championships (6K, 21:36.7) … was the Cyclones’ fifth finisher at the Mizzou XC Opener, finishing sixth (5K, 18:01.5) … was the third finisher for ISU at the Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing 140th overall (6K, 21:06.8) … was Iowa State’s fourth finisher at the Griak Invitational, 53rd overall (6K, 21:58.3).

Outdoor: Competed at four meets for Iowa State … finished sixth in the 10,000m run (35:50.95) and 13th in the 5,000m (17:26.28) at the Big 12 Championships … ran to a 10K PR 35:02.42 at the Raleigh Relays … was member of ISU’s sixth-place 4x1,600m relay (19:47.98) at the Drake Relays … also ran the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (16:45.02).
Indoor: Took part in four meets … finished ninth in the 5,000m run (17:08.73) and 23rd in the 3,000m run (9:59.56) at the Big 12 Championships … opened season with fourth-place finish in the 3,000m in season-best 9:42.18 at the Cyclone Open … also competed at the Iowa State Classic and Razorback Invitational.
XC: Ran in all six meets for Iowa State, helping the Cyclones to a ninth place team finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships … finished 215th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a 6K time of 21:21.1 … finished 45th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships Midwest Regional … took 25th place at the Big 12 Cross Country Championship … began season with 18th place effort at the Hawkeye Invitational … finished 43rd at the Griak Invitational … posted a 159th place finish at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational.

2020-21
Outdoor: Competed in three meets for the Cyclones … scored for Iowa State in the 10,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships (35:24.97) … also competed in the 5K at the conference championships, taking 17th (17:19.28) … clocked personal-best 16:42.60 at 5,000m at the Drake Relays … also ran the 5,000 at the Jim Duncan Invitational.
Indoor: Took part in two meets … finished sixth in the 3,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships (9:53.35) … clocked personal-best 9:37.91 in the 3K at the Cyclone Open to finish third.
XC: Finished 188th at the NCAA Championships... posted a 44th-place finish at the FSU Winter XC Classic... Big 12 Women’s Cross Country Newcomer of the Year … earned All-Big 12 honors at the Big 12 Championship, finishing fifth individually with a 6k time of 21:11.5 … top finishing freshman in the field at the conference championship … helped Iowa State to its eighth Big 12 title in the last 10 years … posted a top-20 finish at the Cowboy Jamboree, racing to a 17th-place finish in a 6k time of 22:19.3 … in her first collegiate meet, finished ninth at the Bob Timmons Classic, posting a 5k time of 18:12.0.

High School
At Downers Grove South, qualified for Illinois State Championships three times in the 3,200m, taking fourth as a junior ... four-time Illinois Class 3A State Championships qualifier in cross country, finishing in the top-20 in three of those seasons ... as a senior, won conference, regional and sectional titles en route to state championships appearance ... finished 21st at the Foot Locker Midwest Regional Cross Country Championships.
