Outdoor: Became crucial part of Iowa State’s 4x400-meter relay as the lead-off runner, earning Second Team All-America honors via 13th place finish (3:06.94) at NCAA Outdoor Championships … led-off the 4x400 for Cyclones at NCAA West Preliminaries, ensuring advancement to Austin with 3:07.01 mark … was lead off for Iowa State’s silver-medal 4x400-meter relay, which clocked season-best time of 3:05.50 … at the Drake Relays, ran 400m leg for winning distance medley relay team (9:48.63), helping ISU clinch the Hy-Vee Cup in the process … also ran 4x400m relay (3:16.31) at Drake Relays … individually, clocked personal best 48.16 at War Eagle Invitational … also ran 400m dash at the Sun Angel Classic and Arkansas Spring Invitational.
