Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Preliminaries in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing 22nd (10:12.36) … ran to silver medal in the steeplechase (10:17.58) and took ninth in the 5,000-meter run (16:45.89) at the Big 12 Championships … re-set her own school record in the steeplechase at the Cardinal Classic, clocking a new standard of 10:06.10 … was member of fourth-place 4x1,600-meter relay (19:42.26) at the Drake Relays … also competed at the Stanford Invitational.

Indoor: Ran in three meets for Iowa State … scored a point for the Cyclones with her eighth-place finish in the 5,000m run (17:11.82) at the Big 12 Championships … also finished 13th in the 3,000-meter run (9:56.76) at the conference championships … also competed in the 3,000-meter run at the Razorback Invitational and the Wieczorek Invitational.

XC: Raced in five events, including all three post season races for the Cyclones… finished 173rd at the NCAA Championships… took 32nd individually at the NCAA Regional race… earned All-Big 12 status with a 10th-place finish at the conference championship… competed at the Bradley Invitational and the Nuttycombe Invitational… earned Academic All-Big 12 First Team recognition.

2017-18
Outdoor: Set Iowa State school record in the 3,000m steeplechase in 10:13.50 at the NCAA West Preliminaries, finishing 21st in the event … finished eighth in the 5,000m (17:04.20) and ninth in the 3K steeplechase (10:41.84) at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships … finished second in her section of the 1,500m (4:33.89) at the Sun Angel Classic … also ran steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational and Cardinal Classic.

Indoor: Took part in four meets for Iowa State … finished sixth in the 3,000m (personal-best 9:32.52) and 5,000m (16:50.32) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … finished fourth in her section of the 5K at the Iowa State Classic, clocking a personal best 16:46.47 in the process … also ran the 3K at the Razorback Invitational and the mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational.

XC: Contributing member to Iowa State’s postseason success … raced to a 235th-place finish at the NCAA Championships with a time of 20:15.53 … scored for the Cyclones at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships, posting a 41st-place finish in 21:09 … earned All-Big 12 honors at the Big 12 Championships, claiming a 14th-place finish and a time of 20:48.6 … top-100 finisher at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, crossing the finish line in 21:07 for a 90th-place finish … ISU’s third finisher at the Roy Griak Invitational, earning a 14th-place finish overall … took fourth individually at the Hawkeye Invitational … recognized as an Academic All-Big 12 member.

2016-17
Outdoor: Ran for Iowa State in six meets … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 3,000-meter steeplechase … scored a team point for ISU with eighth-place finish in steeplechase at Big 12 Outdoor Championships (10:30.44) … recorded a new personal best 10:21.45 en route to fifth-place finish at the Drake Relays, moving her to No. 2 in ISU history for the event … also did the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational (fourth, 10:24.17) … ran the 1,500 meters at the Tulsa Duels (second, 4:38.72) and Musco Twilight (eighth, 4:34.08).

Indoor: Did not compete.

XC: Took part in four cross country events ... ran for Iowa State at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (232nd, 22:15.7) ... finished 58th at NCAA Midwest Regional, helping Cyclones secure eighth-straight NCAA Championships trip ... finished 24th in the Big 12 Cross Country Championships in 21:34.3, helping ISU secure the conference crown once again ... made her season debut at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, crossing the line in 143rd place at 21:50.9.

Summer 2016
Represented Team USA at IAAF U-20 World Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing 26th in 10:45.90 ... qualified for the IAAF U-20 World Championships with second place finish at USATF Junior Championships.

2015-16
Outdoor: Represented the Cardinal and Gold in six meets … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing 25th in 10:35.11 … earned bronze medal in the steeplechase at the Big 12 Championships in a career-best time of 10:26.95 … took seventh in the Drake Relays 3,000 steeplechase … won the 3,000 steeplechase at the Jim Duncan Invitational, it was her first career 3K steeplechase competition … took fourth in the 2,000 steeplechase at Tulsa Duels … finished second in her section of the 5,000-meter run at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.

Indoor: Competed for Iowa State in five meets … finished 20th in the 5,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … also ran in the 5,000 at the Iowa State Classic … took second in the 3,000-meter run at the Razorback Invitational … also ran the 3,000 at Big 4 Duals … took fifth in the mile at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

XC: Ran her first collegiate race at the Hawkeye Early Bird Invitational, where she finished 7th in 10:37 and helped Iowa State to the meet title ... competed at the Oz Memorial Run, with a 28th-place finish in 23:29 ... was Iowa State's top runner at the Roy Griak Invitational, where she took 55th overall in a time of 22:49 ... finished 96th in 18:06 at the Greater Louisville Classic ... was 52nd (22:37) at the 2015 Big 12 Championship.

High School
