Outdoor: Ran in four meets for the Cyclones … scored two points for ISU with seventh-place finish in 10,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships … clocked personal best 28:55.03 in the 10K at the Hayward Premiere … posted PR 3:54.75 in the 1,500m at the Jim Duncan Invitational … ran the 5K at the Trials of Miles Kansas City Qualifier.

Indoor: Did not compete.

XC: Finished 41st at the NCAA Championships... raced at the OSU Winter Open, earning a top-10 finish with a ninth-place finish in 24:32.6... took 17th individually at the FSU Winter XC Classic... posted his second All-Big 12 performance, racing to a ninth-place finish (23:33.5) in his first and only race of 2020… First Team Academic All-Big 12.

2019-20
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in two meets for the Cyclones … finished fourth in the 5,000-meter run (14:15.23) and ninth in the 3,000m run (8:20.45) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships, helping ISU win the team championship … at the UW Invitational, finished fifth in the 5,000-meter run, clocking a personal best 14:11.26.

XC: Helped Iowa State to a fourth-place showing at the NCAA Championship, the Cyclones’ best finish in the last 25 years, finishing 51st individually with a time of 31:31.2… took 24th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship with a time of 31:31.2 to earn All-Region honors… one of seven All-Big 12 performers at the Big 12 Championship, aiding Iowa State to its third-straight Big 12 Championship with an 11th-place finish in 24:05.3… finished 42nd at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational with a time of 24:13.3… opened his Iowa State career with a 15th-place showing at the John McNichols Invitational.

2018-19
Outdoor: Competed in three meets for Iowa State … scored a point for the Cyclones at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the 10K, finishing eighth (30:08.19) … paced for the Cyclones in the 5K, his work helping ISU to a 1-2-3 finish … finished third in the 3,000 at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (8:36.76) … ran the 5K at the Cardinal Classic (14:35.31).

Indoor: Ran the mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational, finishing sixth (4:17.73).

Wake Forest
Spent two cross country seasons and one track season at Wake Forest ... was named the 2017 ACC Freshman of the Year in cross country after finishing 13th and earning All-ACC accolades at the conference championships.

As a senior, finished second at the Michigan High School State championships in cross country and at 3,200m ... finished 17th at 2016 Foot Locker National Cross Country Championships.
