Outdoor: Competed in the hammer throw at six meets for Iowa State … finished 11th in the hammer throw at the Big 12 Championships … notched personal best 186-10 (56.95m) at the Florida Relays … opened season with third-place effort at Longhorn Invitational (184-2, 56.14m) … also competed at the Blue Oval Invitational, Drake Relays and Rock Chalk Classic.

2019-20 (Appalachian State)
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Indoor: Competed in the weight throw at eight meets, picking up three victories across the season ... finished 10th in the event at the Sun Belt Championships ... was the winner in the weight throw at the JDL College Team Challenge, VMI Team Challenge and Appalachian Open ... also got a pair of seconds at the ETSU Invitational and JDL January Kick-Off ... in win at VMI Team Challenge, notched season-best effort of 56-4 3/4 (17.19m) in the weight throw.

2018-19 (Appalachian State)
Outdoor: Took part in seven meets for the Mountaineers ... bronze medalist in the hammer throw at the Sun Belt Championships, recording a best of 181-7 (55.36m) ... also competed in the discus, taking 14th (152-0, 46.34m) ... notched personal best 186-1 (56.72m) to finish seventh in the hammer throw at the Virginia Grand Prix, a mark which ranks 10th in ASU history ... took second in the discus at the Charlotte Invitational ... also competed at the Duke Invitational, Florida Relays, Adidas Winthrop Invitational and Charlotte 49er Classic, throwing the discus and hammer at all events.
