LINCOLN, Neb.—The Iowa State men's track and field team came away with three second-place finishes at the adidas Classic held at the Devaney Center Indoor Track in Lincoln, Neb.
Iowa State senior Elijah Braimah ran in the competition for the first time since having a bothered Achilles tendon that took him out of races at the ISU Open last weekend. Braimah took second in the 600-yard run with a time of 1:11.97.
Braimah later ran in the 4x400-meter relay. The team consisting of Braimah, Gabe Kimpson, James Robinson and Jared Graham took third with a time of 3:12.69.

The Cyclones will return to action next Friday at the Lied Recreation Athletic Facility where they will host the annual ISU Classic.
