The squad will kick off the day in the 4x100-meter relay with hurdle standout Rebecca Williams running the opening leg, followed by freshman Lashawn Wright and sophomore Leia Jackson. Wright and Jackson will also be competing in the open 100 and 200-meters. Anchoring the relay is freshman Jenna Caffrey. The
Lisa Koll and Jenny Mockler will lead the Cyclones this weekend in the distance events. In her performance at the Stanford Invitational two weeks ago, Koll pushed her way into the record books becoming the second fastest 5,000-meter runner in school history with a time of 16:19.58. Koll will look to reserve another spot in Cyclone history, competing this weekend in the 3,000-meter run. Mockler will be competing in the 1,500-meter run this weekend. The
Running events kick off on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the steeplechase. Throwing events begin at 10 a.m. with the hammer throw. The meet is scheduled to conclude at 4 p.m. with the 4x400-meter relay. Complete results will be posted at the end of the meet.
