Clone Zone Difficulties

AMES, Iowa ? The Iowa State University Athletics Department offers its sincerest apologies for the technical problems experienced with the live webcast on cyclones.com of the football game at Toledo.

The feed for the webcast, which was originated at Toledo, had multiple breakdowns during the first half.

“We want customer service to be a hallmark of our program,” Director of Athletics Jamie Pollard said. “Our staff will be working with Clone Zone members next week to make amends for the problems with the web cast.”

The football game at Toledo was the first ISU road football game scheduled for a live webcast. The Big 12 granted an exception for this game to be webcast.

“So many Cyclones have signed up for our Clone Zone premium content this fall,” Pollard said, “and that makes Saturday night's breakdowns very disappointing.”
