AMES, Iowa - The 22nd-ranked Cyclones will face their fourth ranked opponent in six games Saturday when Iowa State plays host to No. 11 Oklahoma Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Hilton Coliseum. ISU will try to run its Big 12 winning streak to four straight in the contest.

? After playing host to the Sooners on Wednesday, Iowa State will travel to Kansas State for a 2 p.m. game against the Wildcats on Sunday. ISU will next be at Hilton Coliseum on Wednesday, Feb. 3, to take on Texas Tech at 7 p.m.

A Closer Look At Oklahoma
? No. 11 Oklahoma brings a 14-4 overall mark and a 4-1 Big 12 record into Ames Wednesday night. The Sooners' four losses this season have come to teams currently ranked in the top 10. OU's lone conference loss came at Baylor, 57-47. Oklahoma escaped Missouri with a 62-61 win last Wednesday, and then knocked off Kansas, 81-69, Saturday in Norman.
? Oklahoma was picked to finish fifth in the Big 12 preseason coaches' poll. The Sooners are coming off their sixth Big 12 regular-season title and their second trip to the NCAA Final Four. The Sooners went 32-5 for last season and 15-1 in the league.
? Oklahoma is one of the most balanced teams in the Big 12 this season, with five players averaging double-figure scoring. Danielle Robinson is leading the way for the Sooners with 16.2 points per game. The point guard is shooting 49.8 percent from the field and 79.7 percent from the charity stripe. She was chosen as a preseason All-Big 12 First Team pick, and has dished out 5.5 assists per game this season.
? The Sooners are without 2009 Big 12 Freshman of the Year Whitney Hand, who tore an ACL against San Diego State on Nov. 27. She was averaging 13.4 points and 4.4 rebounds per game. She has been replaced in the starting lineup by junior Carlee Roethlisberger, who is averaging 8.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per contest.
? Oklahoma is averaging 75.9 points per game, while allowing opponents to score 66.9 ppg. The Sooners are also grabbing 41.9 rebounds per contest, with Amanda Thompson doing the heavy lifting with 9.6 boards per game. OU is shooting 45.3 percent from the field and 31.1 percent from long range as a team.
? Sooner head coach Sherri Coale earned her 300th career win with their victory over Kansas on Saturday. Coale is 300-136 (.688) in her 14th season at Oklahoma. She has been the Big 12 Coach of the Year four times.
The Series
? The Sooners hold a 30-17 lead in the all-time series with Iowa State. Oklahoma has won its last six meetings with the Cyclones, including a 58-49 win in Norman last season when OU was ranked second in the nation.
? Iowa State holds a 10-9 lead in the series with Oklahoma when the game is played in Ames, although OU has won in its last two trips to Hilton Coliseum. The last ISU win over the Sooners at home came during the 2003-04 campaign.

Last Time Out
? The Cyclones came back from down 14 in the second half, to knock off the 20th-ranked Texas Longhorns, 73-71 in overtime Saturday, on their home floor.
? Senior Alison Lacey hit the three-pointer that sent the game into overtime, while junior Kelsey Bolte knocked down the trey that won the contest for ISU.
? Lacey finished with a double-double with 20 points, 11 rebounds and six assists. It was her 17th game this season with double-figure scoring, her fifth double-double of the season and the 10th of her career.
? Bolte scored all 19 of her points in the second half, going 7-for-14 from the field and 5-for-7 from beyond the arc.
? Freshman Amanda Zimmerman had the greatest game of her young career, posting a career-high 14 points and five rebounds. She was 6-of-9 from the field and 1-of-1 from long range.

The Votes Are In
Iowa State leaped into the Associated Press Top 25 this week, with a No. 22 ranking. The Cyclones have received votes in the AP Poll for the last six weeks, but this is their first week in the actual rankings this season. Six other Big 12 squads are ranked in the AP Top 25, led by Nebraska's No. 6 ranking. ISU dropped a spot to rank 21st in the USA Today/ESPN Coaches' Poll last week.
Going to Overtime
Iowa State is 13-6 in overtime games under head coach Bill Fennelly and 21-15 overall. The Cyclones have won their last five OT contests and ISU's win at Texas in an extra period was its first overtime effort since defeating top-seeded Kansas State, 66-65, in the 2008 Big 12 Championship.
National Status
In NCAA statistics released Monday, Iowa State had two individuals who rank highly in a number of categories. Alison Lacey ranks in the top 10 in three categories. She leads the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio (3.31), ranks 10th in assists per game (6.4), and is third in triple-doubles (1). She is also 18th in free-throw percentage (.888) and 31st in scoring (18.4 ppg). Kelsey Bolte ranks 22nd in three-point percentage, hitting at a 44.4 percent clip, while Lacey ranks 41st at a 41.7 percent clip.
Big 12 Status
Alison Lacey leads the Big 12 in assist-to-turnover margin (3.3), and free-throw percentage (.888). She is third in assists per game (6.4) and ranks fifth in scoring (18.4).She ranks second in scoring in Big 12 Conference contests with 21.4 ppg. Kelsey Bolte is third (2.4) in the league in three-pointers made, while Lacey is eighth with 2.2 pg. Bolte ranks fourth in three-point percentage (.444), while Whitney Williams is eighth (.425) and Lacey is ninth (.417). Anna Prins ranks fourth among Big 12 freshmen in scoring, averaging 8.7 points per game. Chelsea Poppens ranks third among Big 12 freshmen in rebounding with 5.6 rebounds per contest.
1,500-500-500 Club
Senior Alison Lacey is close to becoming the only player in Iowa State history to reach 1,500 points, 500 rebounds and 500 assists in her Cyclone career. Lacey currently holds 1,478 points, 527 rebounds and 457 assists.
Big 12 Player of the Week
The Cyclones have won a trio of Big 12 weekly honors this season. Most recently, Amanda Zimmerman was named Big 12 Freshman of the Week (Jan. 18-24) for her performance at Texas. She had a career-high 14 points and five rebounds vs.the Longhorns. Alison Lacey was named Big 12 Player of the Week (Dec. 7-13). In wins over Big Ten foes Iowa and Minnesota, Lacey averaged 21 points, seven rebounds and eight assists per game. In the win over Iowa, she posted just the second triple-double in school history and the 13th in Big 12 Conference history. It was the third weekly Big 12 honor of her career. Anna Prins was Big 12 Freshman of the Week (Nov. 13-15). She earned the honor in the first week of the season after scoring 20 points in ISU's win over Florida Atlantic. She went 7-of-10 from the field, including hitting three of her five attempts from behind the three-point line. Prins is the first Iowa State newcomer to ever win the award in the first week of the season.
