- Iowa State sits at 13-5 overall and 1-3 in Big 12 play after last Saturday's 60-51 loss to No. 6 Texas A&M. The loss snapped Iowa State's 19-game home win streak, which included eight-straight home wins over Big 12 opponents.
- Kelsey Bolte continued her impressive play, tallying 25 points and a career-high 12 rebounds against the Aggies. Bolte leads all Big 12 players scoring 23.5 points per game in conference games. - The Huskers are led by freshman Jordan Hooper, who is averaging 14.8 points and 6.9 rebounds a game. Hooper hits at a 39.7 percent clip from the field and is third among Big 12 freshman in scoring. She leads all rookies in rebounding.
- Catheryn Redmon is second in the Big 12 shooting 58.0 percent from the field. Redmon averages 2.4 blocks a game, which is tied for third in the Big 12.
- Nebraska is second in the Big 12 hitting 7.2 three pointers per game. Only Oklahoma (8.1) makes more from long range than the Huskers.
