For the year, Malloy averaged 4.20 kills per set, 4.70 digs per set and 6.10 assists per set for the Leopards and was named an Under Armour First Team All-American.
"We've never had anyone like [Andie] in the program before so I'm really excited to have this type of player," Johnson-Lynch noted. "She's a great setter but she's also a great hitter and she's unique. She's a great all-around player, very smart and really understands the game. She's very experienced everything she does is really good."
Malloy played for the USA Youth National Team and qualified for the 2011 USA Volleyball Girls Junior Championship 17 Open tournament with Skyline Juniors, LoneStarVolleyball.com's top-ranked state of Texas club team. Skyline took the silver medal in the 16 Open division in 2010 and Malloy was named to the all-tournament team.
