Cyclones Ranked 25th in Preseason Poll

AMES, Iowa - The 2015 gymnastics pre-season coaches poll was released today, announcing that Iowa State is ranked 25th in the nation. The Cyclones finished last season ranked 21st nationally after taking third place at the NCAA Regional meet in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
This year's team includes several key returners, including senior Caitlin Brown, who qualified for the all-around at the NCAA Championships last season. The 2015 squad also includes multiple talented newcomers, including seven true freshmen and a transfer from the University of Missouri, Lark Pokladnik.
This year's team will perform in front fans for the first time tonight at 6:30 p.m. at Hilton Coliseum. Admission is free for all spectators.
